Welcome to Québec Pizza's Hot Meals Program!
At Québec Pizza, we believe that a healthy, balanced meal is key to helping students learn, grow, and thrive. Our Hot Meals Program provides freshly prepared, nutritious lunches every school day, made with quality ingredients and served with care.
Whether your child loves classic favorites or is eager to try new dishes, our rotating menu offers something delicious for everyone.

How to Register
1. Download our provided app (available on iPhone and iPad)
or visit quebecpizza.ahotlunch.ca on a computer.
2. In the HotLunch app, click "Agree and Continue".
3. Enter your HotLunch Domain: quebecpizza

4. Click “Sign Up”, enter your own information and create your password.
5. Enter your children's information.
Click on + to add more students.
*Your student campus code can be found on the letter sent to parents at the beginning of the year.
6. After creating your account, return to the app and “Login” with your account.
7. Click on APPROVE when prompted.

8. When you receive the notification to "Enable Touch/Face ID Lock?", to avoid a possible glitch, click Cancel. You can enable it later in your settings.

9. If you receive a notification to accept the EULA, read it and click “Accept”.
How to Place an Order
1. In the HotLunch app, click on ORDER NOW .

2. Select the student for which you want to create an order.

3. Select the month's menu.

4. Add the prefered meals and drinks for each day of the month. To advance to the next day, click on Next > .
If you have selected allergens for your child, they will be indicated next to the meals that contain them.
If your child has a class outing or will not be present on a particular day, please make sure not to place an order for that day. See our cancellation policy for more information.

5. Once you have selected all of your meals, click QUICK PAY .
If you clicked CONTINUE or QUICK PAY before you have finished selecting all your meals, return to the home page, navigate to the Orders section, select the incomplete order, and click Cancel to cancel your order. Return to the main menu to start a new order.
6. When payment is succesful, you will receive a notification and an email confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For orders placed BEFORE the monthly deadline

Orders placed before the deadline can be canceled by parents at any time. If a parent wishes to modify or cancel an order that has already been paid, they simply need to cancel the order in the HotLunch app and the parent's account will be automatically credited for the full amount paid. The parent can then place the order again and pay for it with their credits (excluding the $0.10 processing fee).
For orders placed AFTER the monthly deadline

Orders placed after the deadline cannot be changed or cancelled by parents. It is important to place all orders before the cut-off date indicated in the Notifications tab of the HotLunch app. Please send us an email by 8:00 PM the night before a meal day to cancel a meal.
PARTICULAR CASES

Weather Conditions: Meals missed due to school closures as a result of storms or ice storms are not refundable.

Illness: Meals missed due to illness are refundable in the form of credits. Parents must contact us by email before 8:00 PM the day before to cancel upcoming individual meals due to an absence as a result of illness.

Outings/Excursions: Meals missed due to a school outing or excursion by a particular class are not refundable. Parents should be aware of all school field trips before placing an order.

⚠︎ ALLERGY INFORMATION
For our security and for the safety of each child, please indicate your child's allergies before placing an order! If a dish contains an allergen, a warning symbol will appear next to it in red indicating which selected allergen is present.
Please note that we do not use peanuts, tree nuts, or sesame seeds in our kitchen. When a product displays a warning message regarding one of these allergens, it means it may contain traces of nuts from the factories of origin. Therefore, please be cautious when ordering and contact us for any clarification!
There is no cross-contamination between meals. Meals are prepared separately, and cooking surfaces are sterilized regularly.
